Pilot mixture and throttle stop screws for carb on 79 P200E

I just did a repair kit on my carb. Can anyone advise how many turns out for these two screws on initial starting? Thanks.

Pilot (air mixture), 2.25 to 2.5 out from full in.
Throttle will need to be set up once its running and warmed up.

Is it a Dellorto carb or a Spaco?
The pilot jet thread is coarser on one of them.
I think this means the Spaco would be 2.25 to 2.5 from full in and the Dellorto would be 1.5 out from full in.

Forgot to ask if the scooter will start with the throttle stop screw right in? Or should I initially take it out a couple of turns? Thanks.
