Hello everyone,
My name is Jay, I live in Thame, Oxfordshire and I am new to all things Vespa. I have been gifted a Vietnam restored 1962 VBB Sportique. This i think, is where the problems may start. My Father In Law bought it on eBay over 2 years ago and after taking over 4 months to arrive its sat in his garage ever since it arrived in the UK.
My understanding is that it should have been registered on arrival but that didn’t happen. Now 2 years on I’m not sure where I stand with it. I would love to get in on the road!!
Any advice given would be fantastic. I have done a little research on the seller and he still currently trades restored Vespas. Over 400 positive feedback from happy buyers, but I guess you never know?
Thanks for reading

Regarding registration, if you look in scootering magazine there are people advertising there services, and they do all the work for you, easy peasy 😁 of you have any doubts about the scooter maybe get a local scooter shop to give it a look over
