Hi, The nut on the rear hub on my PX is working loose, what size socket do I need to re tighten it please? Regards Alan

There should be a split pin going through it,to stop it getting loose Might just need nipped up,, can’t remember the socket size though, ,only took the thing off last week aswell

Have you got a set of spanners or sockets? Its just a case of trying each one till it fits. A quick search of the internet with the words "vespa rear hub nut size" gave a thread on modern vespa which said it is 24mm.

P125x, p150x and p200e 22mm back hub nut.
Px125e,Px150e and Px200e and all disc models use a 24mm nut on back hub.

mine is doing the same thing keeps coming loose despite tightening it as tight as i can and putting in a new split pin. anyone got any ideas why?

Might need a new hub / drum Remove it and look at the splines inside
