Took a look at them, very nice too. Unfortunately I'm trying to convince the Mrs that getting a Honda Acty van would be a good idea... it's like trying to p*sh in a headwind... 😁

i'm seeing a project thats hit a problem ,a major one . no numbers on spigot face ,theve been decked once an will need doing again because of welding .they were planning a case reed by the look of it when they stopped ,why stop?. an clutch side weldings over done an needs machining back to fit a clutch ,same flyside .an why weld but not weld to re-inforce primary drive shaft ,thats were p200 tuned cases fail. seeing more probs than advantages .H

Was trying to be sarcastic, when writing, anyone up for a project!!😉 Agree Henri, no numbers on the spigot face flags up a potential very big problem, in that the cases may be unmatched!! Wasn't overly fussed about having been decked or the case Reed, also their may be good/bad reasons they stopped, as we,'ve all seen and had/sold unfinished projects. They tell you in the description that the clutch side and flywheel side need some machining and as for not re-enforcing the case at the primary drive shaft, if I was taking these on as a project ( which I never intended to do), I would get an internal brace welded to re-enforce the primary drive, photo here 👉 modernvespa.com/forum/topic158394.2 as well as external welding, so more welding would be needed anyway. I've seen and I know you probably have too, standard T5 /cases broken here, caused in my opinion by the nut being loose on the primary drive shaft, along with bad gear changes and PX 177 kitted cases that have broken here and on inspection, the cause was a tooth coming off second gear on the primary drive. ( Seen second and third gear primary drive teeth break off and crack the cases on Malossi 210s,caused I believe by more bad gear changes !) So... For me the possibility of unmatched and possibly warped?cases ( With the amount of welding) and the price asked £350!! Make them a big no, no. Would maybe take a punt on them at £50, for sh#ts and giggles, tho !😱😱😱 and a lottery win may perhaps have me fitting these :👇 www.sip-scootershop.com/en/products/cylinder+polini+thor+250+cc+_78246600Or... www.sip-scootershop.com/en/products/cylinder+simonini+mini+2+evo_78246210www.sip-scootershop.com/en/products/cylinder+head+simonini+mini+2_78246230Along with many more strong and expensive parts! Lol. Mij😉

there not that bad ,but too much money for sure . if i wanted something like this i'd look for damaged but sound/repairable cases an get the work done myself . that way you get to do it right with the right workers/work from the get-go . an theres less surprises along the way , theres still surprises an plan B's but thats the fun/challenge . an primary shafts a weak spot , extra external welding ,re machining an re-working cover to be a 4 not 3 bolt fixing is way i'd go . on 125/150 cases they fail coz of reasons stated above .on tuned 200's its a weak spot ,rest can be fine but they still crack n fail ,quite spectacularly, funny for the watchers ,yet to see a rider/owner laugh .H
