I've just seen stage 6 switches handlebar switches for motorcycle type bars on eBay and was wondering if anyone had fitted or if it's possible to fit them to PX wiring?
Think it was Henri? That had a photo of a Vespa up with bike bars, but can't find what thread it was on, to ask what switches was used.
I've always used the type of switches that Beedspeed use on their bike type drops, but fancy a change if poss.
Any suggestions of other type of switches that can be used, would also be appreciated.☺

it is cool but not £255 cool to me , wonder how its done . generally generic brit bike switches are used on scoots with bars , thats what both my ones have ,the "franken scoot" an the "polished turd" . with 22mm bars you could use just about any jap bike switch gear ,but they look clunky an large to my eyes .H

Thanks for the reply Henri, the polished turd was the scoot I was thinking about. I like having a standard looking scoot and non-Standard!looking scoot at the same time, that makes the man in the street think' what the fecks that?' I also like the thought and engineering that goes into them, that's why I like the polished turd.☺
On the switches front, I haven't seen the stage 6 switches in the flesh, so to speak and I've seen photo's of custom motorcycles and custom scoots, that had sweet looking super small switches but can't remember the make? I do know they were too expensive tho.

I reckon a wideboy Vespa with suicide gear lever would be awesome, something like the real old school motorbikes, dammit I need to build the shed so I can attempt something like 'the turd'....

Cheers Henri, The 2 sets of bars I have are, MSC ace type bars and Beedspeed drops, both have those type of
switches on them at the moment, was just wondering if their was any more options. The MSC bars I'll be using
will be getting painted black, I think and as little shiny parts as possible will be going on my cutdoon.
I have the paint for it and It'll be getting painted outside in my garden with my compressor, as I usually do
it, when the good weather comes!!?the exception was when I gave my full frame a quick blow over with rattle
cans😱
All the best
Jim.

Ironsloth, I like your thinking.☺
djloone, The bars you had, may have been the Beedspeed ones ( think they still sell them ) that I have.☺
Thank you both for the replies 😀
