Hi Guys , can you give me a good starting point for the jetting and rest of the carb set up on the standard carb , also any other other mods, alterations you would recommend , thanks

116 main jet is about right but all engines run different so start at 120 and go down as required.drill the air filter that's about as far as it goes for basic mods on a kit I would have chosen a better performance pipe like a road 2 or a simmi pipe as the malossi pipe will hold you back on power.you could do with going to a 24/24 carb open up the kit properly at a later date

any ideas on the rest of the set up for 20 .20 carb IE the Air corrector and pilot jet etc thanks

I wouldent do any other changes on a 20/20 you won't get any gain for your cash only way forward is 24 miĺl carb and the beginning of more advanced tuning.if your going that direction it will be cheaper and more reliable to put a p2 engine in.upgrading for more speed on a 125 engine isn't economical on your pocket or your engine in the long or short term it will go bang at some point
