With the 2mm drilling the 145MJ is closer to full flow like they are in needle carbs but chocolate is not the colour of speed, power, torque or economy. I suggest leave it as it is, nice and chocolate until it is run in. Then the MJ will go smaller, maybe something like 140. As you are now into a more serious performance kind of set up the checks need to be appropriate. The main jet can best be checked for size by getting the engine really hot (a good 20 minutes of thrashing up and down), then a few minutes (I have a nice 5 miles of motorway that I use) in 4th at WOT before doing a plug chop. This will give a more accurate reading and you are aiming for something more digestive or rich tea if you're brave.

i recommend 2,5mm drill below the MJ and of course checking all jets, they are usually
which exhaust is used the idle jet 1,8 sounds strange
i only need this with really fine tunes engines with 28-29 blowdown and ie 10degree overlapping which enrichens the idle jet a lot

Hi Guys im after abit of advice as im just about to build my engine , Ive got the new Pinasco 225 with the Pinacso 60mm Crank /DRT 24/24 Sip were rubbish when i rang and ask for the full compatible set up so i ordered a packer , but i dont know if i need it well not yet ? also would you know a ball park for a starter mainjet i want to run a Sip 2 and I am adamant it will pull standard gearing though sum are recommending a short 4th , but im not convinced , the casings are already matched by a good tuner i trust ,and he did some work extending the and matching for the inlet and carb box etc, , i guess im after your perfect set up advice on this set up , Pinasco are saying 21 degrees for the timing and it has the new recessed head , thanks in advance! Gillie videoder.pro/ tubemate.onl/ snaptube.vip/Ill add photos of the Kit, Crank and casings over the weekend , thanks No need for any packer. The rest of the engine will need plenty of work for it to run well ie. not guzzle fuel, not sieze and go fast
