Hi all,
I've finally taken the plunge and bought....maybe a but hastly.....my first vespa. I managed to get my hands on a 1992'... I know it's not an oldy....px 50 xl plurimatic. I think from my research it is a plurimatic as everything I've seen and read points to it. For a measly £400 it's now mine....but... It has never been uk registered and was an eBay buy for me. It need from what I can see minimal work to get up and running as the previous owner has started to try and register it for uk use. Previous mot and a couple of receipts for work shown he was willing but didn't take it far enough as he didn't send the correct payment to the dvla. Now......can anyone help a newbie out by pointing me in the right direction to get it a UK plate. I have frame numbers, some dvla forms and a willingness to get it on the road. I know it's not going to be a fast little rocket but at least it's a step in the right direction......away from off roaders. Thanks in advance
