Evening All,
The side panel handle on my MotoVespa 150s keeps vibrating loose. It's tight so any tips for making it stay put as I don't want to loose a side panel while whizzing along.

external ones i use a nylock inside the frame , its a pig when the nut drops off as you end up loosing it an the spring inside the frame . internal px type handles the bodge is a bit of wire/string to seat hinge .H

As Henri says, should be spring and nylock on the internal end of the handle which should never come loose, best pop the tank out and see if you have an ordinary nut on there rather than a nylock.

Do you mean that the side panel handle is vibrating loose from the lug on the side panel because it seems that the lug is too short to locate the handle correctly on the side panel. Apart from running issues (see my other post) my 150 does the same thing when I'm riding or reving the engine.

if its rattling off like that ,you need to lift tank an tension up the spring to hold clip tighter .H

Quite, it should never come off the lug if correctly tensioned, hate to think of the damage if a panel comes off!
