Quick question before I fill my P2 up with 5L. What do you do when pulling up to a petrol station? Do you - Use a can and fill it with petrol and put in the oil and shake? Or Fill your scooter tank up with petrol and then add the oil on top? Also I am thinking of 1 and half cup of oil or 2 cups of oil with the jug for 5L? Everything is standard on my P200
Thanks

Personally I always have a 5 litre can pre mixed in the garage to top myself up before riding out. If filling at a garage I pour the oil in first and then put petrol in to give it a good mix. You can buy little mixing jugs off eBay cheap enough.

as chevrons says ,keep can in shed ,but in garage routine is . measuring jug under seat ,remove paper towels its stuffed with to keep clean , decide how many litres are going in ,usually 4 , measure oil an pour in ,quick squirt of fuel into jug ,swizz around n pour in so all oils in . fill up to 4 litres ,re-stuff new towels in jug n clip under seat . take deep breathe (i'm tight) an go an pay . I do mine the lazy way. Fill it up (not quite to the top), then add the required oil (one full jug for 5L), pay and ride off letting the scooter mix it's own oil in. Never had an issue!

i learnt in the old days when oil wasnt easy-mix .guy in garage came over with his trolley gave ya a squirt of oil an ya stood there with scoot/bike between ya legs rocking it to mix it up . quite erotic in a oily sort of way , tho you looked a plank to passersby . H

^ yeh, I remember that, if you were unlucky you got a random mix of oil and air out of the hose!
I get the wife to fill my cans when she fills her car up and mix at home :-)
But when caught short, I like to guess what oil I'll need and put some of it in the tank first, then fuel to mix it up nicely, then the balance of oil.

i bought a wee bottle that has marks for 2% at 1lt to 5, also has markings for 3% ect, i just fill it with 5 ltrs worth and if i only put 4 or 3 ltr in the tank i can judge how much two stroke im putting in very easy because of the bottle marking.
