hi all, after adjusting my vbb front brake today, it now seems to rub and seems to have a high point. any ideas how to fix it , and while im here whats the best way to get the hub centre off to put new shoes on?? cheers dj

back off the adjuster til it dont rub no more ,an then run on a straight road,grit ya teeth n hang on the front brake like ya life depends on it ,as it might some day , this will center the shoes an you can then re-adjust to get the right bite point . i'm taking its still 4 stud closed rims , ok, its a rim/tyre off , undo screws n remove brake drum , some rubber hammer action might be involved, aswell as unadjusting brake , then remove speedo drive, an undo axle nut an drive axle n drum carrying plate out , an there ya go the shoes are accessible an its 20 minutes swearing n pinching fingers an there levered off n replaced , simples eh , then ya due a fag/tea/nervous breakdown break , with a job well done . H
