Are you keeping the original 150 motor? Then theres the Haynes manuals that cover your model? Fairly easy to follow. Theres some popular DVDs that cover the px engine, which is very similar and covers all basics and more. There are some PDF files on the net too that you can download... Try "Vespa Service station manual" for a comprehensive Piaggio manual
And of course all the guys n gals on here would help im sure.

Get online and look at Vespa Restoration blogspot, Scooter `mercado has some excellent engine, carb, clutch etc rebuild information and diagrams, as well as fork refurbishment, very handy when restoring my Rally!!!
Don't bother with Haynes always been crap in my opinion, the web is full of very useful info if you have a good trawl!!
Good luck

engine will fit easily enough ,might be some clearance issues around carb box but nothin a quick hammer wont fix . forks a bit trickier , the leg will fit easy an with drilling you can retain a steering lock . then its either get a px headset or cut brake pivot off super headset n weld on a ali plate with tapped holes to mount master cylinder .an suss out a route for hydraulic line ,not easy ,some run it straight down outside leggys but looks untidy to me . easier to convert your forks to 10" ,an learn to live with drum brakes , or if you want better drum brakes convert cosa forks to take your headset an blank off the slave cylinder an just use the cable . well adjusted there the match for discs an for me better with more feel/feedback , H oh ,an engine will need autolube blanking off aswell ,

indian 1 then , not a sprint but a dressed up super , seen by some as the "poor relation" in the vespa family , i love my super , but then its dressed up like a ss180 or moto-vespa gs150 . if your still looking for a trapezoidal headlight type the moto-vespa gs150 is worth a look at, might be more common in portugal/spain than italian 1's .
