fuel starvations my 1st guess , check n clean filters on carb ,an see the fuel lines not kinked or overlong ,
after that maybe cdi/pick ups starting to fail or dodgy connections , check thru ya ignition circuit n ht lead connections , an a new plug never hurts , H

If you've modified it recently in anyway, you may just need to upjet!? Certainly clean the jets too while you're there.
