Just fitted a sito + to my PX200 today, very impressed with the performance compared to the standard exhaust, and to the Simonini I once tried. However, Im running standard 118 jet, should I up this a bit, if so to what? Also, it sounds like its resonating a bit, Im getting a loud wailing sound at certain revs, cheers for any help.

Should be ok really, but if you would prefer to be on the safe side, go with at 120. Sito is louder than the standard, I found it toooo loud on my T5, so what you are hearing is more than likely normal.. in a few months you'll probably start to hear some rattling from the baffles

Just done a plug chop at 60, and it was a very light beige rode home slower and switched it off and it was black, guess thats due to the idle jet? Tempted to put old pipe back on, Im sure it would need loads of upjetting otherwise.

I don't think you've much to worry about mate, the Sito will not really make that much difference to the mixture, if it was near white I'd be concerned Yep, the idle jet will bring the colour back pretty quick. Just don't thrash it full throttle for miles on end until you have upped the jet a bit, I'd say 2 points would do you, or if you want to experiment start with a 122 then come down.

cheers for the help, went to a local shop today and he says to put in a 118, I have a 116 currently and see how that goes. He was surprised that the plug was a light colour with the exhaust though.

The sito is gnerally sold as a standard replacement, so should not really need up jetting.. sure it'll be fine with a 118..

its running fine with the 118, no 4 stroking and no smoke, havent chopped the plug yet though, maybe it will need a 120 performance is still great with the 118 which is nice
