What's the best thing to clean my whitewalls with as they're looking filthy and hot soapy water doesn't work lol

I've had similar trouble. Last time I had them in a sinkful of soapy water I was trying everything to see what worked and eventually settled on undiluted floor cleaner. Still not brilliant though.
A bloke I know swears by Cif, but I haven't got round to trying it myself yet.

Disc brake cleaner or contact cleaner onto a clean rag.
