As I remember the side panels on my EFL in about 90 use to fit flush to the frame. On my new PX there seems a gap towards the rear of frame around 3mm towards the indicators regardless of of all types of pushing and pulling. Does the rear bumper affect the fit. I know its a small gap but it just bugs me a bit.

My PX has the same but I just keep pushing and they do go flush eventually (unless it is just the rubbers moving)! When I bought it they were flush so I imagine it is the way you fit them back on.

As above, just give it a push in that bottom corner, also rubber on mine sometimes gets hooked on the bumper bit, so have to tuck the rubber under..

This is common on lots of side panels. I find that when I put the first hook through the hole down by the rear bumper, if I keep wiggling the panel for a while it just keeps going in until eventually, when you attach the panel fully, it fits flush.

Took the bumper off and it cured it. Did try and try and it looked like the rubber was bunching up also catching on back of bumper, even tried it with the rubbers off with no luck. Are there any other rear bumper options.

Sounds odd, is the rubber on the hook on the panel catching on the hole in the frame? maybe try taking that off.. Bumper should not be an issue, if it's located properly.. Is the panel bent at all?
