just took my 100 sport out for first time and when I started up it creeps forward in first with clutch pulled in and wants to stall unless I keep the revs up , it is also a bit stiff when engaging gears whilst on the move , any advice much appreciated thanks Paul

Sounds like a touch of adjustment on the cable will sort that one you could spray some wd or spray grease down the sleaving free it all up inside for now but if you have the time and knowledge change the cable

I may be wrong but the copper slip has flecks of copper in it wich would make it worse.any lubricant spray will free it up inside but only use it as a temp fix till you can change the cable or it will come back and bite you at some point normaly in the middle of no were for a longer push home tho you can ride without the clutch if your careful

easiest way is not much fuel on board , lay some old sofa cushions on ground n lean scoot over onto em , after that its the usual 3 handed double jointed ballache that doin clutch cables is , if the adjuster not right out you may be able to take enuff slack on that alone ,its 8mm , if ya kickstart goes to the floor n engine dont turn youve gone too far , if theres 1-2mm free play at lever it should be right ,if not its more than adjustment needed , H
