From where and how (with an old outer cable maybe?) do you pull Koso wires from engine to top of tool box (or vice versa)? Inside the body, or under the body?
I'd like to have invisible wiring, but is it possible with reasonable effort? I have changed outer cables a couple of times without problems. But is there a room for additional wire loom? I would not like to drill any holes.
I'm sorry if this has been discussed earlier. Thanks in advance.

i'd say def inside body , tho you'll probably have to pull the tank n horncast to feed them through ,an out where the indicater wires emerge inside glove box means no drilling required , H

Yes, an outer can be used to good effect, to initially find your way. While youre doing all that, one tip is to leave an extra electrical wire or 2 in there aswell, for any future/additional modifications, if you are that way inclined. Even if its only to pull other cables/wires through.

Thanks for remind about additional wires. I'll need power for my sat nav. Somehow I managed to push an old outer cable thru the body quite easily. But then I noticed that hole for indicator wire is quite narrow. I'm not sure is there enough room for Koso wires. I didn't like the hobby at that moment and I ended up enjoying some ales instead.

I dont believe the koso wires are too thick? There is always a way. But consider the size of any plugs etc on the end of the wires, as this will have to pass through the holes you choose. Its worth protecting any wires with an additional sleeve at any place it passes through the chassis, to prevent rubbing/breaking/shorting out. Ales are fine. So is 'maintenance'. Just dont mix them together

Yes. Plug is problem, not wires. I'm not sure if I need temperature gauge, but when tank is out, it's time to think about this.

remove plug ,pass wires n re-solder plug on ,an as vespaco advises a extra layer of heat shrink to prevent chafing wont go amiss , an if you dont at least run the wires for temp gauge now whilst tanks out you'll regret it later an wish you had , H
