I have seen these in different weights. What is the difference in weights? I assume they have something to do with the drive belt, but then again I could be assuming wrong??
As mentioned, I am new to all things Vespa, so just finding my way around.

lighter weights give better more positive take off an better acceleration ,ya need a full set of matched weights ya cant mix n match , sip do loads of weights an i think beedys do too , ring em an ask ,ive not had a auto for ages an memorys rusty but its sayin 1.5grams is roughly best for road , but unless yours are crackered or ya thinking of tuning the rest of engine they wont make much difference. Think I may have answered my own question with this link to a pdf. I am looking at the different type of engines that Vespa used and the ET4 (late model) had the variomatic clutch.

Some mix them, but every other needs to be same weight to get it balance. If you mix heavy and lighter together, result is average from both. Rollers work together, not separately.
