Ive come across a lot of people who, understandably, are quite tentative about drilling their legshield in order to fit a "drilling required" front crashbar..
I have had a good look at the Non Drill ones and come up with a very simple solution for converting any crashbar into non drill..
all you need is a length of threaded bar approximately the same gauge as a mirror stem (available in most DIY outlets)... bend one end into a hook and cover with plastic tubing.. this will hook round the back of the leg shield Next, fit a mirror stem bracket to the crash bar and feed the straight end of the threaded rod through the stem holder and just put a nut and washer on that... repeat on the other side and Bob's ya Dad's brother...!!! simple..and using a mirror stem bracket means that everything is adjustable so you can find just the right position for the best "hold"
