Hi guys another thread ,,, My stator wiring is at best crap, my wire's that connect to the CDI are well and truly crusty/split and worn through as I learnt when I got a shock adjusting the mixture screw on the carb. Anyway is it possible to replace the wiring on the stator with new?? My brothers a solderer by trade so instead of buying new would it pay to just get it rewired? Cheers

Yes, I rewire old stators its a no brainer if the wiring is getting a bit crispy! Automotive grade wire, in the right colours and some new tubing (normal or heat shrink), new spade ends or whatever you need, be good as new
