Thats pretty interesting.. At first glance I could have been achieving a few more mph in 4th gear. The other gears are about right. Right now my horses have turned into donkeys.. Much appreciated

I have got time to check, but I think we're OK. Clarify if you're unsure; I'll explain:
The 'Tyres - Dimensions' Table on my spreadsheet is the data from the French site - It's the only source of that tyre dimension info I've found, so I've been unable to check it against anything else. but, The red, highlighted row on that graph, was just left there in my haste to do your table, (from when I was doing my table, which was a 100/90-10, which I'd taken as being 1363 (again from the French data)).
If your dimension of 1320 is correct, then my speed tables are correct for your gears and tyres.
(I do need to check my 'Tyres - Dimensions' table when I find another source of that info, but it doesn't affect your results because I'm using Beedspeeds gear table and your measured tyre dimension, not the table).
I hope that makes sense, but it isn't too late to query if you need to.

not seen that gearing calc before , seems pretty ok, an you'll never regret doing ya test ,12 years of cbt=1 pass, +mucho pride, i know i did it when cheap n easy but i still look back n bless the day i got a full, didnt bother passin a car test for 7-8 years ,in them days when asked by dibble "do you have a full licence" the simple answer "yes" was ok for bikes, cars, lorrys the lot, saved me loads of grief, H an a accurately measured tyre circumference will give a more accurate data than a generic tyre type/circumference chart, more scoot specific ,

I made my own gearing calc before I found the pretty french one, which I only found when I was looking for the tyre data to finish mine. (The French one doesn't let you input your own tyre dimension either, so mine ain't pretty, but it's more flexible - with revs too. Glad I did my own anyway - it got me understanding it all better.
I have a quick question if you've got time.. When you're comparing theoretical speeds against actual test results, what percentage would satisfy you, before you decide there's some donkeys somewhere? Or do you want on or over?
Driving licence: - I know, I know, I know; but £600+ just to ride a bigger shopping bike!!

I was judging by the 1,2,and 3rd gears being 95%? correct in the real world (close enough for me anyway) And then looking at 4th gear my motor should be capable of acheiving 76mph @7300rpm (7300rpm is what mine maxs out in every gear(up until recently anyway) So now, after my poor rebuild? I can still achieve the same figures in 1,2 and3rd gears (7300rpm) but 4th is lacking. I can only achieve max 6400rpm in 4th, with a top speed of 65mph.. Im not sure if Im right but im guessing it doesnt have the power to make those revs happen...(I plan to investigate my engine at the weekend) Those graphs also suggest my gearing is good, and in the real world it suggests that too!
And Er... To answer your question... Id be looking at making it capable of max revs and mph but tweak it rich, maybe retard timing 1/2*

if ya scoots refusin to rev out in 4th but good in other gears suggests ya jettings good n exhaust tunes ok but your timing needs tweakin ,you say retard by a half (what my brother says about me )but whereve ya set it to first ,standard or already retarded , an what primarys are you running, memorys says stock p200 ,an did you change em during build , an which exhaust are you runnin as some arent good at over revving past peak power n drop off fast ,maybe 6300rpm is the top ya pipe will give ,h
