Yes Cuppini vibrates as much as originals, if not more, when standing stationary engine idling. Mirror stem is 10mm on both. When riding Cuppini is ok.
I wouldn't ride without mirrors. If I ever have to brake hard I like to know what's happening behind me.

Isn't there a difference between hard braking and emergency braking?
For me it's a habit to look at what's happening behind me (if I have time) when ever I need to brake. Maybe it's because I rode 70 000 km/year for 13 years in my previous life. Never got rear-end collision, but I changed lane many times to reduce possibility of rear-end collision. You can never know if driver behind you is fiddling with his phone or himself while driving. With scooter it's even easier to dodge between cars in front of you.
Believe me, if it was a truck which is coming behind you, he started braking a lot before you did. For them it's a work, they know how to drive.

i always have at least 1 mirror on my scoots/bikes,to keep an eye on whats happening behind me ,tho i always check by looking when changing lanes ,mirrors can lie to you, an the difference between hard an emergency braking is that in a emergency ya throw out the anchors an prepare to bail out, if you have no urge to jump its just hard braking ,well thats how i work it out anyway ,an even professional truck drivers make mistakes, get tired or distracted ,there humans too, H
