Hi everyone, My names Dan, im nearly 26 and I live in Evesham.currently thinking very strongly about getting another Vespa,I used to have a T5 classic and briefly a 150 super.currently riding a Honda C90 and want something bigger,I've got a full bike licence so something like a px200 would be ideal.now I've moved in with the Mrs and my biker/anti scooter dadis living in Somerset I've come to realise I was a scooterist all along lol,I'm a massive madness and twotone fan too so the boot fits :-) I have one question which though odd is very important,I've only got a small patio out the back of the house which is fenced off with a gate, what I need is the measurement of the average PX 125 etc between the outer edges of the rear side panels (I imagine this will be the widest point) so I can see whether one will fit through the gate OK,as this is where I'll want it to live :-) so long as that checks out OK,I'll be looking straight away and hopefully immerse myself in the forum. I do 180 miles a week so if I get one it will definitely be used! All the best, Dan

Alright rodders, what the fcks up with the living room. You need to get the misses told. I think the widest point on the P2 is the panels and its about 850mm. the turning circle is generally the problem. Gary

Damn, that's a much fatter arse than I thought!though the spec sheets say 695 is the widest point,if that was the bars then I'd be laughing.

I was guesstimating, if its 700mm on the brochure then that will be correct.

Was hoping someone might be able to measure theirs for me, 695 seems a common figure, but doest say if that's the bars or the rear end,if the rear end is less then that would be great.

From memory, the bars and panels are the same width, with the legshields slightly narrower.
Never really thought about it before, but I used to get mine through a standard sized gate... You could build a cut down with drops on. That would be narrower!
