hello everyone i'm trying to find out what would be the best carb setup for a vnb1t with an si 20/20d carb and a sip road sport exhaust the carb is new and came jetted for a px 150 the jets are 160 air corrector be3 emulsifier 102 main and 48/160 idle jet hope someone can help thanks

To be honest, I'd doubt anyone has that exact same set up so hard to advise..
My gut feel is that the main is a bit big at that, see how it runs, if 'boggy' when you are running on the main, just come down a couple of points until it runs better, then you must do a full throttle plug chop to be sure it is not running too weak..

thank you for your reply bryno it runs pretty good as it is . its not perfect but very ridable it coughs and splutters just off throttle , it wont rev out stood still the threads in the head are starting to strip so i cant do plug chops at the mo waiting for some funds to buy a new head and jets ( do you have any recommendations on cyl head ) well impressed with the sip road its like a different scoot

sounds like its just a bit rich then..
you mean the plug thread? personally I'd rather get a new thread inserted than buy a new head of unknown spec and origin given the model you have and the many variants of head you could be supplied with.
