Thought I would replace gear cable outers as well as inners. Stupidly pulled both complete cables right out.....(t**t) Any suggestions on threading new ones through would be a real help. I tried earlier but ended up spitting the dummy. Very frustrating. 150 Super by the way.

Well it can be done (I mean these scooters were put together by men on production lines) but I have always used one cable outer to pull another through so I reckon others on here will tell you with more authority than I can but I bet it involves a lot of taking stuff off! You won't make that mistake again; so cross it off the list! Good Luck.

tut tut tut We have all done it! What i do is drop out the back brake pedal and use the hole to take the cables halfway

Think I'm going to need that luck! Can't believe I bloody did that 😳 But as you said, these machines were put together by a load of blokes on a production line..... They're probably still saying 'mamamia, youa remember what an a**e those cables were to feeda through'?!

I believe the rear brake on the 150 super is the same as the rally so there's no point in removing it therefore remove the horn, petrol tank and head light so that you can feed them through from the top and fish em out from the bottom via the hole where the petrol tank sits, fidgety but doable, all the best

Well done. Now slap on wrist Manuel for doing it in the first place lol.
So share you 'secret' so the next newbie that does it can be pointed in the "see this posting" dept.
