Hi,
I'm currently living in Italy and really like the look of the older Vespas, that much that the other day I went to view one, a 1953 faro basso. Although I wouldn't ride this in Italy, theyre too crazy at driving for that, I would when I returned to the uk next year. The bike doesn't really require much, a couple of touch ups on the paint and that's about it, I was wanting a rough idea of the value of them in the uk? Having not seen any for sale in the uk I wouldn't want to get ripped off in the Italian market.........
Cheers, Paul

Hi mate ...there's no real set value over here now pal...it's what people are willing to give for em'...£500 £700, £1000, £2000. personally, i would'nt go over the £1500 mark..and from what i heard from a mate of mine who works in Parma a year or so ago..there more rare & expensive over there than here
