Hi all. I'm new to the world of scootering, although living on the isle of wight my whole life August has always been a very fun time of year, I bought my first vespa a year ago (1990 PK50XL). I have completely stripped it and rebuilt it again without any knowledge prior to starting. I've done quite well and have everything working again except the horn and was wandering if anybody can help???
My vespa is a non battery and runs a 12v horn via a rectifier, could this rectifier be the problem as the wiring loom runs a complete circuit and the horn is also fine.
Thanks for any help ;D

Check if it's an AC horn or a DC. Most new ones will handle both, but if you've a pure DC one all it will do is click once.
