Hi new to this forum, Hope you all are well ! I've had scooters on and off for 15 years or so, At the min I have a '74 Primavera and a T5 millennium ! The Prim is all stripped down ready for blasting ( and engine tune ) The T5 is new to me only has it two weeks and I have a few probs with it ! Started doing the Maint and rebuild work myself as garages are to expensive ! Here's my prob, when servicing the t5, I changed a fraying clutch cable, re adjusted exactly how scooter help have suggested, but if I move the nipple up tighter I cannot start scoot as kicker is gone, if I back it off a mm I select gear and it stalls ?? Is it time for full clutch rebuild or can anyone suggest and tips on what to try next ? Any help gratefully received ! Peter
