Welcome!
GS150 front fork set up is same as all the classics, Sportique, Sprint, Rally etc, you should be able to find diagrams/parts book on here;
scooterhelp.com
They are my least favourite part of a Vespa to work on, fiddley, especially the needles in the fork pivot.
Only tip I can give is;
Build them up off the scoot, build the bottom of the forks before you put the mudguard on and do everything bar the spring and damper first.
Then screw the spring onto it's seat at the bottom, screw the top mount to the spring, then use a lever to push the spring into the top mount hole in the fork.
Tape or put cardboard on the lower part of the fork when you do this as the lower pivot WILL dig into your nice new paint when you try to compress the spring.
Once the spring is on, you can add the damper, done.
Oh, and don't forget to also fit the speedo cable when the fork is off the scoot, it's much easier!
Mudguard on next, then the dust cap and lower fork race cup.
