Can the experts out there please help! I have a small pool of 2 stroke oil beneath the scooter each day, it it under the oil tank/ sight glass area, perhaps you can advise me the probable repair needed .THANKS..

Hi Simple Oil tank rubber seal gone or loose, take the tank out easy fix.

remove the rubber grommet from the frame where the tap comes through and do the same for the grommet around the oil sight glass. Remove the tank bolts and you can lift both tanks out. don't forget to disconnect the oil pipe from the carb housing and the petrol pipe from the carb and push them through a bit...be very carefull no to break the petrol tap when your juggling it out..AND...you'll need summat to push in the end of the petrol pipe...or nip it together with some mole grips, hope this helps ya pal...not as difficult as it sounds

or it's the site glass cracked, they tend to get kicked easily and fracture, its a £6 part..
