Lad has a PX with a puncture whats the best way to tackle changing it hes got it fitted with florida bars does the lot have to come off to get at it

More than likely, yes. You will need to take the side panel off and the spare wheel, if you have one there, in order to get decent access to the flatty.
You can do it a couple of ways. Either lay it engine side down, on grass preferably - best to take the engine side panel off as well* - so that the rear wheel is off the ground. N.B. You are likely to spill some petrol this way, and it's only really good when you don't have an alternative. Or preferably, you can put a block of wood under the crankcase so that it raises the wheel off the ground. There are props available that sit under the shock that do the same job, and fit nicely in the glove box. But a block of wood works just as well.
Either way, you will find it easier to put your new/repaired wheel in position if it is deflated and then inflate it when it's on.
EDIT: *probably not if you have florida bars that will prevent damage to it.

Also, while the wheel is off, get your lad some Ultraseal to go in the tube. It prevents blow outs and the subsequent sh*tty undies/hospital visit. www.avsco.co.uk/images/ultraseal.jpg

Easy solution, take all the chrome off, stick it on Ebay, no further issues, sorted!
