now then, just got a px200 51 plate auto lube. not used to these modern machines and as i've got no manual i'm struggling a bit. the beast seems to be running bit rich and i'm not 100% sure how to change this. for once in my life i want to check first before i do anything as this is now my daily ride. any help will be appreciated. thanks in advance. KTF

check your plug colour first, if you have got a nice choccy brown, i wouldnt adjust anything.

now then, new plug. gets as black as a coalminers ar*e very quick. Wondering if its because i'm commuting on it and not giving it enough of a blast. It seems to be running well enough. Thinking i might have to go for a hotter plug?
Dead easy to sort with me GL, but with his being n autolube i'm a bit flummoxed.

Hi, Shouldn't be black even if your rides are mostly in town. What plug are you using?

Try a 7 fella, if all you're doing is bimbling round town and very short rides then the plug isn't getting up to temperature and burning of the deposits. Make sure though that you fit the 8 if you do end up going on a longer ride.

Get yourself down to a decent tool shop mate, I've got a 7mm ratchet and open end spanner which does the trick nicely.
The alternative is to take the screw out hacksaw a slot into it and then just use a flat head screwdriver, i'ts still a pain in the arse but doable. The spanner is your best bet.
