i want to remove back wheel so i can give it a good clean how do i prop scoot to enable this plus i,ve not had scoot for long it has a scorpion exhaust which comes out on the left side is it true because of this i will have to take exhaust of to remove rear wheel

in some cases yes!
but ive put a block of wood under my stand so front wheel is very high then sounds weird but jacked up the back depending on how big the blocks are is how high you can jack it up
or just pressure wash it lol

I use a lambretta clutch compressor ( as reccommended on suasages vespa maintenance dvd and is roughly £20 from places like beedspeed ) though not sure if it would work with your exhaust. Its small + you can put it in your glovebox if you need to change your wheel by the roadside.
