Has anybody reshaped a VE UK active trapeziod flyscreen ? I want to take a little bit off on bottom and top piece and I have a round headlight one to try it out on first just worried the plastic wont hold up to the taking the dremel to it ....Cheers Frankie

Hi I used a jigsaw with a METAL saw (I mean a saw which is used to cut Metal, it has little teeth) it cut the fly screen perfectly I guess the edges will be more roundish with a jigsaw than using a dremel which you will probably have a hard time keeping it in a strait/steady line

for every flyscreen, a free pint... anyway, i had my worries at the beginning but was amazed to see how easy it is using this technique
