P200/Rally. After rebuild of engine, ( new bearings, seals, cruciform) i have found that when riding ,the scoot is lurching when in 3rd & 4th (and sometimes in 2nd). Thinking it might be the clutch slipping i changed the clutch as well. this has made no difference what so ever.Any body got ideas on gears that i may have overlooked / caused when i rebuilt it ? Any help / ideas more than welcome as i've not done any rideouts or rallies this year yet and if i throw the hammer at the wall any more i'm gonna need a new garage. cheers mick

Love to offer some assistance Mick but "lurching" is a new one to me - what exactly is it

Thanks for the interest mate ave got it sorted now, basically i reckon it must have been a sub standard cruciform, frm local dealer . I only did about 20 miles and when i stripped the gear box it looked like it had been smashed about with a hammer. I only changed it because i had the engine apart ,but the one i took out looked almost brand new compared to the new one ,and that had been in for nearly 18 mths, from SIP .So put old one back in and every ting is tickety boo. ;D
