If its blowing oil out of the "beather hole" literally, consider the breather could be blocked slightly, thus creating increased gearcase pressure. Are you sure its the case beather and not the clutch arm seal (o rings)

There are only two reasons oil should be coming out of your breather. Either you have put too much oil in your gearbox or your seal has gone again allowing fuel into your gearbox. Loose your drain bolt and check for the smell of fuel, if you can smell it then your seal has gone, if you can't then put your scoot on level ground, remove your filler plug and allow any excess oil to drain. Once the oil has stopped dribbling out of the filler hole the level is correct..

mmm strange, ive redown the oil it took about 300 mil checked the breather wasnt blocked and hav had it running half dozen times and not drop oil coming out so i thought brill i take it for mot but feck me started it up and it p*shed out again !!! by the way there was no petrol in the gearbox when i drianed it, now ive bin told that it is possible that the clutch seal maybe spinning and need locktighting in place ?

I have had that , put all new seals in etc and oil p*shed out the breather it turned out the seal was spinning as i had'nt glued it in ! If you run it for to long it will wear the casing away and the seal will not fit tightly again ( i know i had to replace my casing!!!! ) The other thing that would do it is if the seal is in back to front !
