Hi....Could anyone tell me whats the best stuff to clean Chrome up with, been given a complete set of chrome for a Vespa 125 PX, complete with Headlamps,Mirrors etc, but it has a bit of rust on them so need to remove the rust...Thanks..

I'm not too hip on wearing out my fingers with polishing. I normally use OO steel wool (that's double oh, or zero). It's very soft and won't scratch up the chrome, pretty quick too. This link says a little more about it...a few paragraphs down: www.hawg-wash.com/polishingmetal.html~Evan

never use autosol,its an abrasive and will ruin your chrome finish,use the pink windolene stuff you use for windows,comes up luvely.

fine wire wool works great and doesn't scratch the chrome
