I have a 1979 vespa p200e. I suddenly lost the turn signals, horn, and brake light. The headlamp is not affected. The battery is new and is holding a charge fine, so I don't think it is the rectifier. The fuse also looks fine. Any recommendations on where I should start troubleshooting this?

check where the wires/cables go down below the headset . I lost most of above and it turned out to be a chafed wire that had worn through to the copper and was shorting out on the heeadset

This happened to a friend of mine on the way back from Tenby one year. A wire was shorting on his legshield inside his horncast.

Try the wiring diagram downloadable off Allstyles or scooterhelp websites. The battery is there for the horn usually so that should work but you never know if someone has re-arranged the wiring. Try looking in the usual places where moving parts are involved like switches, and where the loom runs over turning surfaces like the headstock and handle bar grips. Most models have the power run up to the brake light switch first so investigate that. I'd personally check for volts on the headset switch first just in case you've had a multiple lamp blowout and of course if you've got the meter out you may as well see if the regulator is kicking out 12V, but disconnect the output wires first in case something in the circuit is dragging the volts low.
Happy hunting
