ok, got a clutch being a pain in th a**e!!! fitted new basket and cork plates but seem to have to really tighten it up alot to stop it dragging when in first, can any body tell me if theres any advantage to putting a cosa clutch in it? (malossi 210) taaa

Oh yes, most definately! Try to get stronger springs and check that the turrets are deep enough to allow the plates to separate properly, some are a little shallow but nothing a dremel can't sort. You'll be chuffed with the difference mate

hmm most tuners are going back to the standerd clutch i dont like cosa's had a few go if you funning a 210 id get it banded!

Hi just resrored a rally 180 and put a P200E engine with a pinasco kit and having the same problem with drag with a cosa clutch, can you explain what you mean by 'the turrets' and using a 'dremel', its a real pain having to knock her in to neutral before stopping.
