Tearing me hair out at the moment with my Vespa sprint 150 not starting!!! not getting any spark, have tried a different plug. points opening ok. have put in a new coil/HT Lead but still nothing. was all fine until i put the engine back in - although funny enough it was actually starting for a while recrimped all the electrical connections, im sure it must be the wiring???

the wiring from the stator looks ok, think i need to get hold of a meter to maybe check this wiring.
one stupid question which probably means nothing,
the one red wire that leads from the condensor on the stator - does that go directly up to the junction box or directly onto the coil, i know theres 2 red wires, one leading from the stator and one leading from the coil. i imagine it does not matter whether they join at first the coil, or at the junction box?? blimey - does that make sense
