The only difference is The Cylinder Barrel ,Head and Piston Also the Main Jet in the Carb is a bit bigger on the 150.You won't find a lot of difference in the performance between the 2.It is very easy to change one to the other.

got it running today after being idle for so long and sounds really good, gave it a little spin around my car park
the bit where kickstart is bolted to looks like it is cracked ?? a bit of the casing has cracked off only a few mm of it,would it be expensive and a prob to replace it??

getting a bit paranoid about kickstart original kickstart only works if i turn it around lol so the rubber bit is now under foot panel,if it was on as it should be it would be close to the ground. bit hard to explain really, the bit where it bolts to is deffo cracked and the casing has 2 bits off it can i use something to fit these bits back on?? to replace it is it a big job??? cheers ppl

take it to an aluminium welder before you scrap it. it may just be fixable. either way you'll lose nothing checking.
