I'm far from an expert but, apart from the seat, it looks like a standard PK to me. What is it about the side panel that makes you think it's an automatica?
Personally, it's not for me, but my daughter loves it.

oh yes - soz - so it is. It's just an unusual side panel shape - I'm sure I've seen one recently on the Readers Scoots page. It's a bit sickly isn't it.
