vespa 125 px piston or piston info wanted

i am trying to get a new or used piston for a 125 small frame px but i have been told different tales as to what piston this should be i have measured it at 54/55mm and 70mm high-ime locked down here in chichester so getting on with this project-any help as to where to get correct info or piston appreciated
