  Has anyone seen a plug that looks lean on one side and rich the other. Any idea what would cause it? |

Odd. Could it be a crack in the cylinder head?

I think it's the way the fuel burns in the cylinder I wouldn't worry about it as long it's a nice colour and not weak. Cheers alan.
