Hi built 1984 Vespa PX150E over the past few years it has been built from parts from all over the country i have a ageing certificate from vespa club Great Britain unfortunately the frame number has been painted over now it wasn't that clear when it was sandblasted can i get away with a vin plate or do i have other options (i do have a Photo of the frame number before painting)any help we be great as i really want it on the road now

Welcome to the forum 👋👋👋 yes a vin plate would work. Had to put one on the other halfs scooter to keep mot guy happy, as the number was very faint
