Looking for a Southampton area mechanic

Anyone help we with a contact or link who may be able to rebuild my 1978 PX engine? A friend had a go a few years ago and it has run but never very well, gears didn’t really work and it wasn’t what you would call- sweet.

Does anyone know of a Southampton or surrounding area mechanic who may be able to rebuild and get her back to running again?
