Hi, She bought the bike as a surprise 66th birthday present last September from a lad now departed off to Spain. By almost sheer coincidence I found a previous owner who originally bought the bike and took it out to Thailand and he was able to give me a copy proving when he re-imported it back to UK. He also had a pic of the Thai plate, but that is as much detail as I have. The Vin comes back as manufactured by: Piaggio & C SpA, Via Antonio Cecchi 6 , 16129 Genova in 2014 but no other record. I've tried via a company to get it registered with the DVLA but have hit a brick wall as they are asking for proof of when it was first registered. I'm not trying to get a new plate to make out it's newer than it is, if I get a plate saying its 50 yrs old I'm not bothered, I just want to ride the thing once while I still can but that's another story. Can anybody PLEASE help or point me where I should go, contact etc'. All help gratefully received. Many thanks if only for reading.

There is a couple of people in Scootering magazine advertise this sort of service although probably for older scooters, I assume it has not been registered in the UK before or if it has you have no record of this? Try to contact Rob Skipsey 07836 544 059 robskipsey@talktalk.net or enquiries@supertune.org Gary 07815 716593, got to be worth a phone call to find out the best course of action.
