Citydaz is running the same set up, if I remember correctly, he may be able to help?
Or...
Tell me what Pinasco Kit?, cylinder head?, and crank your using and I'll research it, if I get time.
Oh, any idea what the squish is now?
Some of the Pinasco kits, have pistons that are prone to cracking, the chance of this can be lessened, but not eradicated by working on the piston, let me know if you want more details? 😉.
On a side note: most people I know that have fitted your set up, have been underwhelmed by the performance to price ratio. If you don't already have the Pinasco Kit, I highly recommend you get a Malossi 210 sport kit, think I recommended it to citydaz too, before he fitted his kit. 😉.

Some of the newer Pinasco kits look interesting, but Malossi 210 sport, is a tried and tested, good touring etc kit. 😉 Mij ☺
