Good evening everyone, hope we are all well, just having a scratchy head moment, recently I’ve acquired a oil leak checked everything can’t find the source, any help 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 there’s drips on clutch arm base of frame on top of exhaust box and dripping there to the floor 😖😖🤨I’ve had clutch plate off changed both o rings and reseated with gasket seal was originally running autolube though I’ve disconnected it and have now removed the oil tank as I thought that was that it was the source leaking through the cable holes in the frame? ? Starts fine, runs fine, changes gear fine, I’m at a loss I’ve also changed the engine oil recently and it’s running on premix, any help would grateful and thank you in advance, happy and safe scooting people🙏🏼 Prob gonna drop all the engine oil out and refill with fresh just to confirm and to see if the oil in the engine directly taken from source smells like petrol

Hello. Clean round the breather on top of the clutch housing. go for a ride and then check it's not coming out of there. If it was me I would drop the gearbox oil and check it's not contaminated with petrol.

😅issue solved so the issue after dropping oil out of engine which other metal particles no evidence of fuel so tang engine to see if any drips answer yep still dripping took out fuel tank to find base of the fuel tank switch which was leaking and running down pipe to frame then on to gear cables and running off bottom of exhaust hence why tracing was so hard as it was flicking up onto other parts whilst running.... Another mystery solved by one of those meddling kids🤣😂🤣😁

Haha yes indeed though I thought exactly that so I’ve taken the tank out drained it and have taken off the fuel switch, I’ll look to get a new o ring seal as I’m thinking if it doesn’t need doing now It may do soon as the scooter is 21yrs old (I just don’t fancy turning into the human torch to be honest) thank you for your input earlier Del, top geezer hope u can get enjoy this cracking weather which is in coming over the next few days😬😬😬 ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
